The first of a trilogy of annual records written, recorded, and produced by We are Jeneric for the RPM (record production month) Challenge. This one all in the month of February 2007. Hansel & Gretel; Stories from the Stove, subtitled -vignettes for a post-global warming world- tells the stories of life after the flood.
The first track off of Hansel & Gretel; Stories from the Stove, entitled “The Last Song Ever Written” was showcased on NPR’s All Songs Considered. The album was named one of the top local recordings by the Metroland’s Year in Review 2007.
